How We Build - Our focus is on building beautiful homes with durable exteriors, meticulously detailed interiors, and highly efficient heating and insulation systems. Custom floor plans are carefully thought-out in order to maximize functionality of space for your needs. If you build with us, you will have a high-performing home that you can be truly proud of.
How We Work With You - We believe your experience with Eliquin Homes is just as important as the house itself. From the very beginning, the focus is on you, the client. We can build many different styles of homes and we are here to design and build a home that you truly love. Communication is the most fundamental key to success in the builder/client relationship. When you work with us you will have a dedicated project manager to whom you can direct any questions or concerns along the way. And of course, you can always expect a clear and helpful response to any questions you may have.
We believe in transparency. We are on your side through the entire design/build process. Our contracts are designed to work as highly effective communication tools that help answer questions and keep us all on the same page. We are transparent about our design fees, how we bill you, and payment schedules. Everything is spelled out in our contracts and agreements and there are never any hidden costs. We offer fixed-price contracts so that, once the construction contract is signed, you know exactly, to the penny, how much the house will cost.

My name is Jeremy. I live with my family in Mosinee, Wisconsin.
My goal for Eliquin Homes is straight-forward but powerful: to facilitate a truly transparent, client-oriented experience, and to build the highest quality, most durable home for every owner.
Much like the home itself is designed to meet the owner’s needs, I believe the design process should also be tailored to each client, individually.
Transparency and effective communication are critical to the success of both the design and construction processes. I will always be open and honest with you, and I will dedicate myself to your project from the day we meet until after the construction of your home is completed.
I believe in building high-quality, long-lasting homes with durable materials and close attention to craftsmanship and detail.
From concept design to construction, I have a deep passion for the entire process of custom home building. It’s very rewarding for me to have a substantial impact on something so integral to a person’s life - their home.
