This ranch home is built on a concrete slab and has an in-floor hydronic heat system. The ceiling is vaulted in every room, giving the house a very spacious feel, despite it’s relatively small size.
This addition includes a new bathroom, laundry room, open living space, storage, a new front door, and a two-car garage.
